As far as the hand over heart thing, if you ever notice at many public events many if not most blacks refuse to stand or cross their hearts. They generally just continue talking as if it were not even going on. (got to protest the system that keeps them down)
Besides the way whoever was singing butchered the song, I think maybe I would have ignored it my self.
