I watched the ad last night, but with the sound turned down (didn’t want to disturb the wife, don’t ya know!). It makes so much more sense with the sound track!
Today and tomorrow mark the 20th anniversary of the Reykjavik Summit. When Ronaldus Magnus walked out, the liberals were absolutely apoplectic. Remember, this was at a time when liberals like Ted Kennedy and RINO’s like Mark Hatfield were willing to settle for a nuclear freeze. Reagan stood his ground on SDI, and the end result was a nuclear reduction.
Let us never forget that if a Democrat had been in the White House in the 80’s, there might very well still be a Soviet Union, and Eastern Europe might still be behind the Iron Curtain. Every time I visit Berlin and stand in the Brandenburg Gate, I’m reminded that in international relations, “making nice” doesn’t always yield the best results. It took time and resolve, but we finally prevailed.
P.S. No need to apologize for not posting “anythign else” (I’ll even cut you slack on the spelling)
. We know you’re busy, Bo. In the meantime, Celtic and I will try to pick up the slack.
This stuff is so true and hilarious at the same time. Reminds me of the puppet movie Team America World Police. I can’t believe it was banned from you tube with all the garbage that is on there. Kinda says two things what liberals really think of the 1st amendment and what they what the nation to become.
I’m passing it on to all I know.
